1. Scope

This policy explains how iRemedy Healthcare Companies, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“iRemedy,” “we,” “us”) collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with iremedy.com and the pages, forms, and documents published on it.

It does not govern information you provide inside a customer account or ordering portal, which is handled under your commercial agreement with iRemedy, or protected health information handled under a business associate agreement.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not ask website visitors for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or health information about themselves or their patients.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

iremedy.com uses strictly necessary cookies that are required for the site to function, and analytics and marketing tags delivered through Google Tag Manager that are loaded only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer, and you can block cookies entirely in your browser settings.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized opt-out preference signals sent by your browser.

Contact-form submissions and the related correspondence are retained for as long as needed to serve the inquiry and to satisfy our audit and recordkeeping obligations, and are then deleted or de-identified. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in our analytics tools.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA; residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights. To exercise a right, email privacy@iremedy.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your request using the information already in our records and respond within the period required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

The site is served over TLS, form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to inquiry records is limited to iRemedy personnel with a business need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Links

iremedy.com links to third-party sites and documents, including partner and regulator resources. Their privacy practices are their own and are not covered by this policy.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices or applicable law change. The version number and effective date at the top of this page identify the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page.
