Stephen G. Keaveney, CPA, MBA

Stephen joined iRemedy in late 2019 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for providing strategic leadership for the Company’s business and finance functions, as well as for the management and oversight of its day-to-day financial and long-term capital markets strategies.   He brings iRemedy a 30+-year track record of extraordinary success building primarily private-equity backed companies through to exit.

From 2014-2019, Stephen served as CFO of Connectivity Wireless, a $50 million wireless engineering, design and constructor of cellular and smart building networks which he helped to restructure and ultimately sell to a large private equity firm for $80 million.  As CFO of Innotrac Corporation, a $150 million ecommerce fulfillment company, among other key growth initiatives, he was credited for restructuring the firm’s pricing model, thereby increasing sales 20% and leading to a $114 million leverage buyout and the privatization of the Nasdaq-listed company.

Other previous senior financial positions have included CFO of BeavEx Incorporated, a $300 million same-day logistics company which was sold to private equity in a transaction valued at $70 million; CFO of Redquartz Developments, a family office with a diverse portfolio of investments in the real estate, technology and healthcare industries; Senior Vice President of Airtricity Ltd, one of Europe’s leading renewable energy companies which was sold for $4.2 billion; Founder and Senior Vice President of Finance at eTel Group, a telecom company which he helped grow from start-up to $100 million and sold to Telecom Austria in a trade sale; and Founder and CFO of Cable Management Ireland, where he completed 28 acquisitions and engineered the sale of the Company for $100 million to UPC Europe.

Stephen is a graduate of Villanova University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting; and of Pepperdine University, where he received an MBA in Finance.
